USA Today: The guidelines have been a hot topic of discussion this week at the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions in Dallas. At the heart of the debate: The formula used to identify the people ages 40 to 75 with at least a 7.5% risk of developing cardiovascular disease over the next decade.
