Fresenius SE, a German health-care company, is seeking clearance to buy the whole of Ren-Med Diyaliz & Saglik AS, a Turkish dialysis treatment center, from Ren-Med Group, Turkey’s antitrust board said. The proposed price wasn’t disclosed.

The purchase will be made by Fresenius’s Turkish unit, Fresenius Diyaliz Hizmetleri AS, if permission is given, the board said on its website. Ren-Med Diyaliz, based in Ankara, has capital of 1.55 million liras ($852,000).
